Creative Social was started in January 2022. After seeing businesses struggle during the pandemic, due to a lack of resources and marketing expertise, we knew that there had to be a better solution. Our team started brainstorming and had a few questions.

A collector may purchase an NFT and then rent it out to a museum or gallery for some time. This allows the collector to generate revenue from their purchase and also allows the museum or gallery to display the art without having to purchase it outright. We think that this trend will continue and we will start to see more NFTs being used for short-term rentals.

AI - It's going to take our jobs... or is it?

When we think about the impact of artificial intelligence on society, most of us probably imagine a future in which machines do the work that humans currently do. A lot of this is because most of us have seen videos of robots doing gymnastics, watched videos of machines packing and shipping boxes, or have seen a movie where everything went haywire because robots started taking over. But what if AI went beyond replacing human tasks and started to create new ones? In particular, what if AI began to create art?

What if AI began to create art? That's a great question but it's already been answered. In fact, it is already creating art, really good art! There has been a growing trend of AI-generated art in the past few years. This is art that is created by algorithms, with no human intervention. Some people believe that AI-generated art will eventually replace traditional art forms. After all, why would we need human artists when machines can create perfectly realistic works of art? And as AI technology continues to improve, it's not hard to imagine the day when AI-generated art is indistinguishable from traditional art. With that said, it needs to be asked: What does that mean for art?

So what would the impact of AI-generated art be on society? For one thing, it could democratize the art world. Anyone with access to a computer would be able to create a work of art. But it would also change the way we think about art. Right now, we tend to see art as something that is created by an individual artist. And it's a question that we will continue to debate as AI technology continues to improve. I see this as having a positive impact. Why? By allowing a creative person to describe an image and getting a rough draft spit out, they can work closely with artists to continue developing a piece of art into something that is closer to what they are looking for.

The short answer, yes! AI art is pretty phenomenal when it takes a few descriptive words and turns them into a real piece of art. It does have some quirks and will take a while to get to a final product, but what we have today is great!

So where do I stand on AI Art? As someone who is creating content nonstop, I see this as a pretty unique tool to put thoughts into visual representations. I see it as a way to enhance human creativity, not replace it. The idea that AI will eventually be able to create works of art that are indistinguishable from traditional works of art is an interesting one. But I don't believe that AI will ever completely replace human artists. After all, art is about expression and emotion. And while machines may be able to replicate the form of art, they will never be able to replicate the feeling.

A lot of people talk about wanting to improve their time management skills, but they don't always know where to start. The first step is to take a close look at your goals. What do you want to achieve? What is most important to you? Once you have a clear understanding of your goals, you can start setting priorities. What tasks need to be completed in order to achieve your goal? Which tasks are more important than others? By setting clear goals and priorities, you can make sure that your time is being spent on the things that matter most to you. If you're not sure where to start, there are plenty of resources available to help you. There are books, websites, articles, and even classes devoted to the subject of time management. If you're serious about improving your skills, take some time to do some research and find the resources that will work best for you. You'll be glad you did!

Making a list of the tasks you need to complete can be a helpful way to stay organized and on track. Write down everything you need to do, both big and small. Then, start crossing items off of your list as you complete them. This will help you see your progress and give you a sense of accomplishment. Plus, it can be satisfying to see that physical representation of all the things you’ve accomplished! Lists are an important part of the day because they help us stay on track. I don't want to speak for everyone, but I think it is safe to say that we all try to multitask. Whether it is people stopping by your office at an inopportune time, kids running through the house, or your boss needing something last minute and hitting you with the "Did you get the TPS reports in yet?... Yeah, I'm going to need you to come in on Saturday", we all have something popping up that could take us away from the task at hand. A well-thought-out list can help you stay on track, prioritize your workload, and move forward!

Using a calendar is a great way to keep track of upcoming deadlines and events. Entering your tasks and events into a calendar can help you visualize your week, month, or even year. This can be especially helpful if you have a lot going on. You can also use your calendar to plan ahead. If you know you have a big project due next month, start planning and working on it now so that you’re not scrambling at the last minute. I throw everything into my calendar. If someone peaks over, they may think I am the busiest (or craziest) person on the planet, but the truth is, it helps me stay on track and not forget a thing. To be honest, it takes some getting used to, but it is worth it!

One way to stay on track and avoid getting overwhelmed is to set time limits for yourself. When you start working on a task, set a timer for a specific amount of time. Once the timer goes off, take a break. This will help you stay focused and avoid burnout. It’s also important to be realistic when setting time limits. If you know a task will take longer than the time limit you’ve set, adjust accordingly. Now, if you are the pen-and-paper type of person, there are daily planners that break your day down into 15-minute increments, such as the Panda Planner!

In addition to taking breaks between tasks, make sure to schedule some time for yourself each day. This can be used for taking care of personal errands, relaxing, or doing something you enjoy. It’s important to have some time each day when you’re not working or thinking about work. This will help you recharge and be more productive when you are working.

There isn't a single successful person that hasn't had to delegate and ask for help. You simply can't do it all. One of the best ways to manage your time is to delegate tasks and ask for help when you need it. If you have a lot on your plate, see if there’s anything you can delegate to someone else. This could be tasks at work or things that need to be done at home. Asking for help can be difficult, but it’s important to know your limits. If you’re struggling to complete a task or meet a deadline, reach out to someone who can help.

Finally, one of the best ways to manage your time is to simplify your life. This could mean decluttering your home, getting rid of unnecessary commitments, or streamlining your work process. If you take a look at some of the most successful people in the world, like Mark Zuckerberg or Steve Jobs, both of them chose to wear the same outfit every day. Another successful person, Rob Dyrdek was quoted recently saying he eats the same exact meal every day to automate part of his life (

 to watch). I'm not saying you have to go to that extreme, but the goal is to make your life as stress-free and efficient as possible. When you have less to worry about or think about, you’ll have more time and energy to focus on the things that are truly important to you.

Why Radio is Going More Digital

Hiram Villa, more commonly known as Teel, is an accomplished artist currently in Madison, Wisconsin. He is most well known for his graffiti and has been doing graffiti majority of his life, along with murals, paintings, and more recently, digital art.

Teel grew up in Chicago and was influenced by hip-hop. Shortly after his mother passed away, he had a few choices: get into some real trouble in the streets or take out his frustrations with graffiti. We all know which option he took. Teel found a crew at the age of 14 and started to quickly grow in popularity. One of the most important lessons he learned as a young artist was that each artist needs to have their own style and there has to be a level of symmetry to the work. Teel took on the challenge and continued to grow.

As Teel’s work got bigger and more known, he began to build out his collection. His paintings can be found spread across Madison in restaurants, bars, and more. He has painted in nearly every big city, worked with big brands like Miller, and continues to exapnd.

Before understanding NFT, it helps to first understand what is fungibility. Fungibility is the property of the object or item to be interchanged with another copy of the same type or similar type or different type without affecting its value. Money is the best example of fungible tokens. If I have a $100 bill & you have five $20 bills then we canexchange it easily without causing any loss or benefit to anyone. Similarly, Non-Fungible items are those which can not be interchanged like this.


Gallery art hanging in the museum is the best example of it. Every art is unique & can not be replaced by any similar items.

 represents a one-of-a-kind digital asset which has been securitised by the backing of cryptography (the same technology we use to generate cryptocurrencies) and thus allows the owner to claim their creation. Its just a digital representation of your digital assets (image, video, text file, pdf, etc.) whose proof-of-existence & proof-of-ownership is being managed by a Blockchain ledger, simply called Blockchain.
