Creative Social was started in January 2022. After seeing businesses struggle during the pandemic, due to a lack of resources and marketing expertise, we knew that there had to be a better solution. Our team started brainstorming and had a few questions.

I can't speak for everyone, but I can't begin to say how many times I've had an idea and thought to myself "man, that would be a great product" only to find out that it already exists. Coming up with the idea, making sure that it is useful or desired, and then getting it created is tough work; and let's face it, we don't all get to show off our products on Shark Tank and instantly get millions of eyeballs on what you've come up with. For the rest of us, there's a process that begins with understanding who our target market is.

Creating a product people want to buy begins with having a clear understanding of your target market. Who are you trying to reach with your product? What needs or wants does this group have that your product can address? Once you know who your target market is and what they need or want, you can begin developing a product that meets their needs and desires.

There are a few different ways to identify your target market. One way is to look at your current customers and see who your most profitable customers are. You can also look at your products and services and see who the best fit for those products and services would be. Additionally, you can use market research to figure out who your target market is. This involves surveying your current customers and potential customers to get an idea of who they are, what they want, and what they're willing to pay for. Once you've gathered this information, you can use it to create a profile of your target market.

What needs or wants does this group have that your product can address?

Now that you know who your target market is, it's time to figure out what needs or wants they have that your product can address. I think we have all heard in some way, shape, or form to understand what is missing and then create a solution for it. Your idea is HUGE! A real game-changer! Before you get too far down the rabbit hole, start researching.
